Clan Signet Rings
The use of signet rings as seals dates back over three thousand years. These rings are worn by families proud of their clan ancestry, the signet being a symbol that remains unchanged through countless generations.
The finest clan signet rings are deep engraved, not to be confused with surface engraved rings (inferior artistry) or cast rings (inferior quality). Deep engraved rings are individually crafted with artistry & craftsmanship, traditionally deep engraved in reverse to give an authentic wax seal or an un-reversed engraving often termed 'deep for show' or intaglio style is also available. Always make sure your signet ring is not cast or surface engraved.
